The Members Access area on the FNCPA.ca Website ('the 'Members Access area') is a service of FNCPA, (hereafter, 'FNCPA', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). As used herein, all references to 'FNCPA ' means FNCPA and its related or affiliated entities, and their respective directors, officers, representatives, employees, consultants, agents, service providers, suppliers and licensors. The Members Access area provides restricted access to certain content and services for users of various police organizations, and related products/services offered by FNCPA. Use of the Members Access area requires a user ID and password or additional authentication for access. If FNCPA or a delegate of FNCPA provides you with a user ID and password, or any other means to access restricted areas of the Members Access area, you must ensure that the ID, password, or other means of access are kept strictly confidential.
