Details: The Annual General Meeting will begin with Executive and General Business will be discussed: Annual Report, President’s Report, Financials, and the introduction of new Executive positions.
Item: Elections for Executive Positions
Date: November 7, 2023 (afternoon)
Details: The Executive elections are scheduled this year and nominations will take place in the afternoon with voting to commence in the afternoon, or shortly thereafter. Positions will be: (1) President (1) Vice-President-East, (1) Vice-President- West.
