This opportunity is designed for experienced police records and court professionals ready to step into a leadership role with the Tsuut’ina Nation Police Service (TNPS)
As the Team Lead, Strategic Services, you will apply your knowledge in systems such as PROS, CPIC, JOIN, CJIM, LIVESCAN, and digital evidence platforms to ensure the integrity and operational effectiveness of police data systems.
You will bridge operational policing, court processes, and information management while leading quality assurance efforts and mentoring staff within a small, high-performing Indigenous police service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead data integrity, quality assurance, and compliance processes
- Oversee PROS, CPIC, JOIN, CJIM, and related systems
- Liaise with policing partners and Alberta Court Services
- Mentor and support staff
- Provide operational and investigative system support
Qualifications
- Experience within RCMP, municipal policing, or court services environments
- Knowledge of PROS, CPIC, JOIN, CJIM, Axon/Evidence.com, and/or LIVESCAN is an asset
- Strong understanding of police data governance, compliance, and auditing
- Demonstrated leadership or senior-level experience
This is one year term limited position with the possibility of extension.
